KIPP Houston’s inaugural Advanced AP Cohort brings together talented Assistant Principals to engage in ongoing leadership development.  Participants will accelerate their growth by attending tailored training sessions and working towards individual development plan goals.  Cohort members will learn from one another and leaders at KIPP in order to excel in their current role and prepare to take on a school leadership role in the future.
